[서울=RNX뉴스] 박은경 기자 = Mike Trout and Cody Bellinger Win MLB MVP Awards

The Angels outfielder won his third AL MVP of his career, while the Dodgers outfielder won the NL MVP for the first time.

Trout is just the 11th three-time MVP winner in history.

He joins Stan Musial as the only other player to win three MVPs before age 28.

Trout hit a career-high 45 home runs despite playing in just 134 games.

Trout sat out the last month of the season after undergoing surgery on his right foot. Bellinger hit 47 home runs, breaking the Dodgers single-season record.

Bellinger won the Gold Glove in rightfield, but he also played some centerfield and first base.

He became the 18th former NL Rookie of the Year to also win an MVP.
